God Has A Plan!

In the bible, it says,"For I know the plans I have for you,"declares the Lord,"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 God's plan for you is to know him and to find out how much he really loves you. Put in one word, his plan is ---- JESUS. 1ST: You must realize that, like all of us, you can't be good enough to make it to heaven on your own goodness. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." God can't look at our lives and see perfection, so we don't have what it takes to make it to heaven on our own.

2ND: God wants you to be close to him so much, that he made a way to get around your lack of perfection. Romans 6:23 says,"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." What that means is that because there's no way we could earn getting the right to go to heaven, God says he will give it as a free gift! Read on --- it gets better!

3RD: How do you receive God's free gift of heaven, eternal life, and knowing him in a personal way? The Bible says, that all you really need to do is believe in his son Jesus, who he sent to pay the price for our sin. Romans 10:13 says,"For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:9 adds,"That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, You Will Be Saved." God means it -- if you will believe what the bible says about Jesus, that he is God's son who died on the cross and was raised from the dead to pay for your sins, and if you will pray and ask him to forgive you of all your sins and be Lord of your life, you WILL be saved!!! If you want to pray that right now, just say something like this to Jesus right now:

Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and that I need you in my life. I believe that you died for my sins on the cross, but that you didn't stay dead -- you were brought back to life so that all my sins could be forgiven me and I could be made right with God. I ask you right now to be my Lord and my savior. Come into my heart and life, Jesus, and let me know you as my close, personal savior and friend. AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!
